Rosebuds The flower heads on these are so full they can only open as far as a rose, hence the name. These are best displayed in a prime position to be admired by all. Also wonderful for flower arranging. The most admired plant in our entire collection of over 1,000 varieties is Appleblossom Rosebud and anyone who grows it knows why – you’ll have to try one to find out! BEST FOR: Pot plant in a conservatory, greenhouse or window sill – anywhere dry and light.

	Appleblossom Rosebud (1870)
	This much sought after variety dates back to Victorian days, but whenever it is seen we are always asked “is it new?”! We have a large area in our stock houses of just this one variety and it looks a real picture during the summer months. It is a good sturdy grower and the flowers open up just like Appleblossom – with a greenish centre, white petals and pink edging to each petal – a very beautiful variety.

Bornholm (2008)
NEW for 2008! This is a stunning variety that we have been working on for some years and it is now ready for release! What a fantastic combination.... wonderful veined leaves and red rosebud flowers! The flowers are quite small but our mother always told us that size isn’t everything in life - this is one to grow and enjoy and to show off to all.
