This variety has a most attractive lavender pink colour and is a popular choice. If you are growing a mixed basket then this can add to the beauty as it smothers itself in lilac flowers. Or grow them on their own for a ball of colour. The Decoras don’t need any pinching - they just naturally grow into a bushy shape. If you are only going to grow one basket this year then make it a Decora basket.

PAC Antik Violet (four plants)
(
W Elsner
)
Violet. These are ideal for growing in a conservatory up a trellis or outside on the patio, or in the greenhouse they have vigorous growth and will spread quickly and flower like mad. They are not strictly ‘climbing’ but they grow long, slender stems and be easily attached to trellis or supports as they grow we’ve had great success in covering our own plain conservatory wall with these. It wont happen overnight but the results are certainly worth it!

Great for tubs as the flowers are so pretty and best placed where it can be seen. We had a chap working at the nursery last year who was packing an order with this variety and some of the Deacons he made me laugh when he asked me whether it was morally correct to put a Wayward Angel and a Deacon in the same box!
