Super sized blooms! In a range of colours. As you know, there are many local and national flower shows held throughout the country and I've often seen these beautiful Giant Begonias displayed. They are superb flowers but it must be a very nervous driver who transports these stunning plants to the shows! Everyone who has ever grown Begonias knows how wonderful they are! Great big blooms on sturdy, large growing plants - excellent display plants and easy to grow into impressive plants. Collection comprises mixed colours. Height: 45cm (18"). Spread: 40cm (16").

Plant begonias in small pots or trays in moist compost from February to March. Grow on in a warm, frost free position.
When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise begonias to outdoor conditions over a 7 to 10 day period. Transplant begonias into containers or beds and borders, in any well drained soil. Choose a sunny or semi shaded site for their final position. Feed and water plants frequently. Deadhead faded begonia flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced. When stems blacken with first autumn frost, remove tubers from their containers. Wash and dry the tubers then store over winter in peat or sand, in a cool but frost free position. Replant begonia tubers in February or March for another outstanding display!
