Hardy Geranium 'Aurora Collection'

(Meadow Cranesbill)

Hardy Perennial

The Aurora Collection has three plants with open saucer like flowers which put on a great show. Hardy geraniums are always popular - and quite rightly so ... once planted they come back year after year and burst into colour. They need very little attention and are ideal in the borders for ground cover.

  • Your collection includes one each of the following:
  • Buxton's Blue has wonderful clear opal blue flowers and flowers over a long period
  • Midnight Blue has deeply cut purple toned foliage with lovely light blue open cupped flowers
  • Patricia has bright, cheerful magenta flowers and provides superb ground cover.
As your hardy geraniums grow and establish into bigger plants they can be lifted and divided to make more plants to plant around the garden or share with friends - making them even better value!

Plant hardy geraniums in any well drained soil, in sun or semi-shade. Position the bareroot so that the crown of the plant is just a few cm below soil level. Water well to settle the soil around the roots.
Water hardy geranium plants regularly throughout summer until fully established. Remove old foliage and faded flower stems throughout the growing season to promote continuous production of fresh growth. Lift and divide overcrowded clumps of hardy geraniums in spring to maintain their vigour.
We will do our best to ship your plants or bulbs to you at the ideal time for planting as stated against each product.
