Introduced before 1900 - it's always been so popular for bedding out. Double red flower heads and silver and green foliage. Makes a superb 'standard' geranium - try growing one yourself and make a stunning display plant. Fancy Leaf Geraniums have a wide range of variation in their foliage and flower colours. They make a fabulous addition to a mixed container display and are so eye catching. As easy to grow as all your geraniums - we always seem to think that something that looks different must be more difficult - but not so! Height: 45cm (18"). Spread: 30cm (12").

Pot up plugs into 9cm pots and grow them on in warm frost free conditions for transplanting later on. When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days. Transplant geranium plants into borders and containers in a sunny or semi shaded position.
Feed and water plants frequently. Deadhead faded geranium flowers to encourage more spectacular blooms to be produced.

We recommend that you prepare your soil, planting beds or patio containers ahead of time so you are ready to plant out, or pot on, just as soon as your order arrives.
