Geranium 'Rainbow Orange'
The Rainbow series is a superb new range of trailing ivy geraniums that are perfect for your baskets. They have larger flowers than the cascading geraniums so they do exactly what you want - they grow in a compact manner and produce masses of blooms. Great grown on their own or mixed in with your other basket plants for an excellent display. This variety has Orange flowers - a lovely new colour in this range to enjoy! Ht 24ins.
Pot up plugs into 9cm pots and grow them on in warm frost free conditions for transplanting later on. When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days. Transplant geranium plants into baskets and containers in a sunny or semi shaded position.
Feed and water plants frequently. Deadhead faded geranium flowers to encourage more spectacular blooms to be produced.
