With its soft pink blooms and leaves with an ivy appearance this variety really puts on a good show. Cascading geraniums are often known as ‘balcon’ geraniums and if you hear this is a reference to ‘balcony’ as this is where they are widely grown, are happiest gowing and enjoyed and admired by all! Pot up plugs into 9cm pots and grow them on in warm frost free conditions for transplanting later on. When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days. Transplant geranium plants into baskets and containers in a sunny or semi shaded position.
Feed and water plants frequently. Deadhead faded geranium flowers to encourage more spectacular blooms to be produced.
